Mission​ ​
​Effectively Coordinate and Monitor Implementation of National Development Plan Projects.
​ ​Functions
  • Monitor the overall implementation of RKN projects
  • Administer the efficient use of RKN  fund
  • Carry out the process of payment, warrant application, confirmation of fund, change of project scope, Site Staff engagement and additional scheme      value
  • Ensure annual fund is sufficiently provided within the RKN period
  • Prepare the annual budget of RKN projects and submit to the Ministry of Finance
  • Monitor the process of project cycle for every RKN projects
  • Conduct sites inspections for close supervision of RKN projects on a regular basis
  • Produce progress reports covering the physical and financial status of implementing agencies performances quarterly
  • Inform the relevant ministries of their performance and remind those which underperform
  • Provide consultation to the relevant agencies such as clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
  • Prepare mid-term report of the implementation of RKN projects
  • Inform the relevant ministries and agencies regarding their approved annual budget
  • Inform relevant agencies of any waste or any potential cost saving from the implementation of projects by clients
  • Review and determine potential RKN 10 projects that will be carried forward to RKN 11 based on the priorities, ministries past performance and          RKN’s objectives
  • Manage and control the engagement of Site Staff for RKN projects
